鼓膜穿孔修补的方法,以往我们多采用内衬、外贴两种方法。自1985～1987年采用夹层法施行鼓膜穿孔修补手术21例,穿孔愈合20例,成功率95.24％,现报告如下。 1 临床资料:在21例病例中,男16例、女4例。左耳17,右耳4例。年龄均在18～35岁,其中18～25岁14例,26～35岁者7例。 2 手术方法:①麻醉:用2％利多卡因加入适量1:1000肾上腺素做局部浸润麻醉。②取材:我们采用颞筋膜,将颞筋膜取下后,置于玻璃板上,然后用手术刀将
