目前高速公路工程施工的总体质量,需等到交工验收或竣工验收后,根据《公路工程质量检验评定标准》(JTG F80-2012)中众多指标的统计计算才能得到量化评价,属于事后管理方法。施工过程通常采用单指标进行原材料、施工工艺、工序等质量控制,如何在施工过程对施工的总体质量进行实时量化评价,过程中达到实时监管,对高层工程管理者(如建设单位、政府质量监督管理部门)来说具有极为重要的意义。实时量化评价则首先需要建立尽可能简化的关键指标体系和指标权值。本文引入基于云模型的理论,研究筛选出影响高速公路工程安全性、耐久性、可靠性的关键指标的方法,为工程施工质量实时量化评价打下理论研究基础。以上关键指标的研究方法,对减少工程评价中人为因素造成的随机性、模糊性和主观性评判结果提供了一定的理论基础。
At present, the overall quality of expressway construction is subject to the ex post facto management method after the acceptance check or completion acceptance of the project, and the quantitative evaluation based on the statistical calculation of many indicators in the Highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards (JTG F80-2012). The construction process usually adopts single index to control the quality of raw materials, construction technology and process. In the process of construction, the overall quality of construction is quantified in real time. The real-time supervision is implemented in the process. For the high-level project managers (such as construction unit, government quality supervision Management) is of great importance. Real-time quantitative evaluation is first of all need to establish the key index system and indicator weights as simple as possible. This paper introduces a theory based on cloud model to study and screen out the key indicators that affect the safety, durability and reliability of expressway engineering, laying a theoretical foundation for real-time quantitative evaluation of construction quality. The above research methods of key indicators provide a theoretical basis for reducing the randomness, fuzziness and subjective judgment caused by human factors in project evaluation.
