本文根据目前国内各散热器生产厂点的产品普遍达不到部标准规定的性能指标,分析其内在原因:一是两套试验台的试验结果各异;二是制定标准的技术基础有欠缺;三是受生产厂点的工艺水平所限等等。为切实加强产品质量管理,故本文建议对现行标准进行认真的修订,并提出具体修改意见。
This article according to the current domestic radiator manufacturing plant products generally fail to meet the Ministry of standard performance requirements, analysis of its internal causes: First, the two test sets of different test results; the second is the lack of technical standards for the development of standards; Third, the production plant by the level of technology and so on. In order to effectively strengthen product quality management, this paper suggests that the current standards be carefully revised, and put forward specific amendments.
