第一條 本院各研究所及同級研究機構設下列各級研究人員: (一)研究实习員; (二)助理研究員; (三)副研究員; (四)研究员; (五)研究教授。第二條 凡有志研究之大學畢業生,經考試合格者得任本院研究實習員,工作期間在原則上為兩年但最多不得超過三年。第三條 凡本院研究實習员或大学助教及大學研究院研究生经審定合格者得任本院助理研究員。第四條 凡本院助理研究员,或大學讲师副教授在研究工作中成绩优异並開始表現有獨立研究能力者得任本院副研究员。
Article 1 The institutes and research institutes at the same level shall have the following researchers at all levels: (1) research intern; (2) assistant researcher; (3) associate researcher; (4) researcher; Article 2 All university graduates who aspire to study may be appointed as research intern trainees under the examination. The duration of their work shall be two years in principle but no more than three years. Article III of our hospital research interns or university teaching assistants and university research institutes graduate qualified as an assistant researcher. Article 4 Any assistant researcher in our hospital or an associate professor of university lecturer who is an outstanding researcher in the research work and who starts to exhibit his independent research ability may become an associate researcher at the Institute.
