1.引言1.问题的提出电子对抗技术的深入,使得雷达技术也日新月异的发展。所以频率捷变技术和脉冲多卜勒技术都被广泛应用在新型雷达中。这种新型雷达,应有一个低相位噪声的频率源,这样的频率源使用频率合成技术较适合。目前的频率合成器,往往是采用一个极低相位噪声的甚高频晶体振荡器来锁定一个电压控制振荡器,即所谓间接式频率合成器,这就是要研究雷达频率合成器的相位噪声及其测量的原因,常见这种合成器的基本结构和工作原理如下:
