外伤性肩关节前脱位合并肱骨外科颈骨折的病例比较少见,文献报导亦不多。如处理得当,可避免手术,缩短疗程,取得功能早日康复的效果。本文作者从1977年以来,相继治疗3例,其中男性1例,女性2例。年龄,50岁以上2例,26岁1例,均为左侧肩部。病因,直接暴力2例,间接暴力1例。3例均经保守疗法治愈。为了在临床治疗或医务监督工作中遇到类似外伤者处理、治疗时参考,作如下小结。
The cases of traumatic anterior dislocation of the shoulder combined with humerus neck fractures are relatively rare, and there are not many reports in the literature. If handled properly, to avoid surgery, shorten the course of treatment, to obtain the effect of early recovery. The author of this article since 1977, have treated 3 cases, including 1 male and 2 female. Age, 2 cases over 50 years old, 26 years old in 1 case, all on the left shoulder. Etiology, direct violence in 2 cases, 1 case of indirect violence. 3 cases were cured by conservative treatment.
