以榛花粉为原料,用70%乙醇提取48h,过滤,将提取液在旋转蒸发仪上减压浓缩至近干时,用少量溶剂转移到蒸发皿中,真空干燥。将干燥的榛花粉提取物依次用5种不同的溶剂(正己烷、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水)进行梯度提取,得榛花粉不同溶剂提取物。采用DPPH(1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼)自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,以IC50值作为评价试样清除DPPH自由基能力的指标,并对提取物进行体外抗菌活性的研究。以期为榛花这一植物的开发利用提供更好的帮助。
Taking hazel pollen as raw material and extracting with 70% ethanol for 48h, filtration, the extract was concentrated under reduced pressure on a rotary evaporator to near dryness, transferred to evaporating dish with a small amount of solvent and dried under vacuum. The dried hazel pollen extract was sequentially extracted with five different solvents (n-hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water) to obtain the different solvent extracts of hazel pollen. The DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picolylhydrazide) free radical system was used to determine its antioxidant activity. The IC50 value was used as an index to evaluate the DPPH free radical scavenging ability of the sample. Activity research.
