研究了在几种热处理状态下45CrMoNiV 高强度钢中残余奥氏体 A_R 量的变化和残余奥氏体的颗粒大小。穆斯堡尔谱法表明淬火态有7.3%的 A_R,一次回火后 A_R 下降为~5%,二次回火后下降为零。把二次回火后的试样作为 A_R 的标样,认为它的饱和磁化强度近似等于100%马氏体的饱和磁化强度。磁性法得到的 A_R 量随热处理状态变化的规律,与穆斯堡尔谱法得到的基本一致。利用测淬火态穆斯堡尔谱的样品在两个较高水平的 X 射线实验室测量,结果没有看到 A_R的标识线条。这些结果说明45CrMoNiV 钢在本研究所采用工艺下,淬火态的 A_R 是非常细小的,估计粒度基本在200nm(2000(?))以下。10nm(100(?))以下的粒子,当占 A_R 含量中的较大部分。
The changes of residual austenite A_R and the retained austenite grain size in 45CrMoNiV high-strength steel under several heat treatments were investigated. Mossbauer spectroscopy showed a 7.3% A_R in the quenched state, A_R decreased to ~ 5% after one tempering, and then decreased to zero after the second tempering. The sample after secondary tempering A_R standard sample, that its saturation magnetization is approximately equal to 100% martensite saturation magnetization. The A_R obtained by the magnetic method changes with the heat treatment of the law, and Mossbauer spectrum obtained basically the same. Samples measured using quenched Mossbauer spectroscopy were measured in two higher-level X-ray laboratories and did not show the A_R marking lines. These results show that 45CrMoNiV steel used in this study, the quenched A_R is very small, the estimated particle size is basically 200nm (2000 (?)) Below. The particles below 10 nm (100 (?)) Account for the larger part of the A_R content.
