随着我国“一带一路”政策逐步的被世界所熟知和接受,中国的大国地位也开始慢慢的彰显出来,“中国元素”、“中国特色”也成为中国走向世界的代表性语言和符号,在众多的代表性元素中,中国特色新闻学作为中国元素的代表,无论是从历史的承载性还是未来发展进程中的广阔性,都承载着中国走向世界、被世界所熟知的历史使命。本文以“一带一路”下中国特色新闻学的角色定位和所承担的历史使命为切入点,对中国特色新闻学在世界范畴内的角色价值和应该承担起的历史责任进行剖析,以求能够更好地增强中国文化的软实力,更好的向世界传递中国的大国形象和外交魅力,建立起和谐的纽带和桥梁。
