日照市高科技工业园位于新兴沿海开放港口城市——日照市市区北侧,东邻大学科技园,南靠日照港、岚山港两个国家类开放口岸,与日照经济开发区相邻,地理位置重要,水陆交通便捷,自然环境美,发展空间大,是日照市委、市政府“科兴市、工业强市、生态建市”和“南区北园”发展战略的重要组成部分,是东港区举力建设的“一号工程”。建园以来,始坚持“高起点规划、高标准建设、高水平管理、高质量发展”的原则,精心打造现代化、园林式、综合型生态园区,园区现出良好的发展态势。特聘请山东大学专家编制形成了《日照市高科技工业园生态园区规划》,亦顺利通过专家评审。2005,高科园成为全省第一家率先通过 ISO14001环境管理体系认证2004版审核的园区,并被列为全省首批10家发展循环经济
Rizhao City Hi-Tech Industrial Park is located in the coastal city of Rizhao City, an emerging coastal and open port city. It is adjacent to the University Science and Technology Park in the east, borders Rizhao Port and Minshan Port in the south and is adjacent to the Rizhao Economic Development Zone. Location is important, water and land transportation is convenient, beauty of natural environment is good, and development space is big. It is important for Rizhao City Party Committee, the municipal government “Kexing City, strong industrial city, ecological construction market ” and “South Park North ” development strategy. The component part is the “No. 1 Project” for the construction of Donggang District. Since the establishment of the park, the principle of “high starting point planning, high standard construction, high-level management, and high-quality development” has been adhered to, and a modern, garden-style, comprehensive ecological park has been carefully created, and the park has shown good development. Specially invited experts from Shandong University to formulate the “Rizhao High-tech Industrial Park Ecological Park Plan” and successfully passed the expert review. In 2005, Gaoke Park became the first park in the province to pass the ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification 2004 edition, and was listed as the first batch of 10 circular economy in the province.
