中国科学技术情报研究所从1989年开始,用文献计量学的方法,利用国际上有较大影响的科技文献检索系统,对我国科技论文发表情况进行了统计分析。什么样的期刊才能作为论文统计分析对象?除了内容质量的要求外,在编辑上,他们从期刊有关著录项中选出了7项,作为评价选取期刊的依据。 1 期刊有无年卷期的著录 美国《科学引文索引(SCI)》编辑负责人认为:期刊是否按其所宣布的日期和频率出版,是期刊标准化中非常重要的一条。另一方面,期刊的年卷期可以使人们了解该刊的历史沿革等情况。
Since 1989, China Institute of Scientific and Technical Information has used bibliometrics methods to make use of the scientific and technological literature retrieval system which has a great influence in the world and made a statistical analysis on the publication of scientific papers in China. What kind of periodicals can serve as statistical analysis? In addition to the content quality requirements, in the editorship, they selected seven items from the periodical bibliographic records as the basis for evaluating selected periodicals. A journal with or without annual record The editors of the United States of America’s Scientific Citation Index (SCI) believe that whether or not a journal is published according to the date and frequency of its publication is a very important one in journal standardization. On the other hand, the annual volume of journals can make people understand the history of the magazine and so on.
