我们工程处施工的蒋庄矿风井,直径5.5m,深290m。表土段用冻结法施工,基岩采用地面预注浆,施工时井筒涌水一般在6~10m~3/h。当掘到垂深250m时,水泵扬程不够。我们按当时条件采用“水泵压风”排水法,提高了排水扬程,克服了缺高扬程水泵的困难,现将具体做法介绍如下。 一、概述 蒋庄矿风井井筒施工排水设备选用NBD-50/250吊泵,功率75kW。该泵具有半轴流式叶轮,叶轮间隙根据排水量、排水深度、水质的浑浊程度予以调整。风井掘砌
