吴某某,女,22岁。因右眼失明数年影响美观,要求摘除眼球安装义眼,于1987年4月22日入我院。3岁时右眼即反复红肿,怕光、流泪,未经任何治疗而逐渐失明。否认眼部外伤史。2岁时曾患脑膜炎。入院检查:全身情况良好。眼部:右眼无光感,眼睑正常,眼球萎缩,结膜不充血,角膜混浊,眼内结构无法窥及。左眼视力1.5/1.5,外眼及眼底正常。入院第2天局麻下摘除右眼球。离体眼球测量:矢状径
