患儿男4个月,父母发现患儿左眼睑生长一小红点,增长很快,20天肿物遮盖眼球,眼球窥不见。患儿哭闹,在当地医院治疗无效,于1989年3月9日来我院就诊,按眼睑肿物及眼眶肿物收入院。检查:患儿男4个月,为第一胎足月顺产,母乳喂养,发育尚好,全身无异常。既往家族史无可记载。眼部检查:左眼上睑肿物呈圆形突起如核桃大小,表面光滑、青紫色,有血管爬行,质地坚硬,实性感。近睑缘处有少许痂皮,眼球完全被肿物覆盖。
