为了有效减少管道燃驱压缩机组运行机械故障,保障平稳运行,需要开展燃驱压缩机组性能监测研究。通过对近年来发生的燃气轮机压气机叶片脱落及损坏、透平静叶烧蚀、喷嘴烧蚀等典型故障分析,开展了机组测点布置、性能监测参数的研究,设计了燃驱压缩机组性能监测计算核心构架,开发了性能监测系统。系统主要功能包括故障预警、性能参数趋势显示、性能衰减判断等,根据对燃气轮机运行状态参数的监测,通过运行趋势和性能衰减情况,结合现场实际运行状况和维检修数据,从而判断机组的健康状况。燃驱压缩机组性能监测系统的现场应用效果明显,可减少机组故障停机,优化维检修周期,节约维检修成本。
In order to effectively reduce the mechanical failure of the pipeline combustion-driven compressor unit and ensure the smooth operation, it is necessary to carry out the research on the performance monitoring of the combusting-driven compressor unit. Based on the typical failure analysis of gas turbine compressor blades which have been dropped off and damaged in recent years, turbine vane ablation and nozzle ablation, the research on the arrangement of measuring points and the performance monitoring parameters was carried out. The performance monitoring calculation of the unit Core framework, developed a performance monitoring system. The main functions of the system include fault warning, trend display of performance parameters and judgment of performance degradation. Based on the monitoring of gas turbine operating parameters, the health status of the unit is judged through the operation trend and performance degradation, combined with the actual operation status and maintenance data of the site . On-site application of the performance monitoring system of fuel-driven compressor units has obvious effect, which can reduce unit downtime, optimize the maintenance inspection cycle and save maintenance costs.
