一、建立现代化企业制度是我国国有企业改革的目标和方向。(一)有步骤地对国有企业的组织形式进行公司制改造,重点是推进国家与其他法人共同参股的有限责任公司和股份有限公司的试点;国家体改委将选择100家国有大中型企业。按照公司制的形式进行建立现代化企业制度的试点。对国有小企业,主要采取租赁、拍卖或租赁结合、先租后售的办法,有的也可按股份合作制的办法
First, the establishment of a modern enterprise system is the goal and direction of China’s state-owned enterprise reform. (1) Step by step reform of the organizational structure of state-owned enterprises, with emphasis on promoting the trial of limited-liability companies and joint stock limited companies in which the state and other legal entities participate jointly; and the State Commission for Restructuring National Development will select 100 state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. In accordance with the company system, a pilot for establishing a modern enterprise system was conducted. For small state-owned enterprises, they mainly adopt the combination of leasing, auction or leasing, and the method of renting and selling first, and some may also adopt the method of joint stock cooperative system.
