From January to April 2002, Kyrgyzstan’s total industrial output reached 14.5808 billion som. Spring sowing was under way across the country. The total output value of planting, agricultural services, hunting and forestry reached 54.306 billion soms, up 1.4% over the same period of last year. From January to April 2002, Kyrgyzstan used a total of 1,263.6 million som investments in infrastructure construction, renovation and technological renovation projects, a decrease of 20.4% over the same period of last year.
