急性咽炎患者在患病期间,宜多饮白开水,饮食以清淡、易消化为原则,如白米粥、面条、藕粉、新鲜蔬菜等。白菜、丝瓜、冬瓜、西瓜、鸭梨、黄瓜、绿豆、豆腐有清热作用,可经常食用。忌食油腻、黏滞、煎炸食物,鱼肉荤腥皆不宜食用或少食用。咽炎急性期一般不宜进补品,以免邪气恋而不去,正气亦伤。若体质虚弱,可稍加蛋、乳、瘦肉之类,以扶正气。 急性咽炎的食疗方法有:
