紫外线照射自血回输治疗葡萄膜炎五例

采用紫外线照射自血回输疗法(ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy,UBI)治疗5例(10眼)全葡萄膜炎,炎症均得到控制,视力不同程度提高,随访半年多尚无复发。提示UBI疗法治疗葡萄膜炎,可以减少糖皮质激素的用量,疗效较稳定。

Five cases (10 eyes) of uveitis were treated with ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy (UBI). Inflammation was controlled and the visual acuity improved to some extent. There was no recurrence after more than six months follow-up. UBI therapy prompted the treatment of uveitis, can reduce the amount of glucocorticoid, the effect is more stable.
