电子政务建设注重业务重组、组织扁平化、信息共享、广泛公众参与等,这些对机构改革都是根本性的变革,但就我国目前机构改革与电子政务建设并行的情况下,电子政务建设对机构改革的影响力却是有限的,本文重点分析其有限性的原因以及突破的对策。
