省人民政府成立后,财政厅也随着建立,到现在已经半年多,这期间在财政上做了些工作,最主要的是根据政务院『关于统一国家财政经济工作的决定』的精神,并结合本省具体情况,基本上执行与贯彻了增加收入,减少开支,统一管理的财政方针,适当的配合有关部门稳定丁金融与物价的波动,使财政收支趋于平衡,同时进行了税收的调整,布置了本年夏季借征公粮,并且配合生产救灾工作,进行了粮食的调运与贷放,这些工作都是有关人民生活从国家建设的人事,在执行中有些已经获得了显著的成绩,但还存在着一些缺点,甚至错误,这些错误或缺点,大都是由于不明情况和缺乏经验而来,工作成绩需要我们继续争取,缺点错误需要我们克服和纠正,进而为爭取财政经济状况的根本好转而努力。以上是我们半年来财政工作的一个轮廓,为了更具体的说明情况,以便于今后工作的开展,我准备分别的提一下,希望大家分析研究。
