[目的]观察止痛巴布贴对腹膜炎疼痛模型小鼠扭体反应影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70只(热板痛阈值7~30S)小鼠按编号随机数字表法分为7组,10只/组。清洁级动物室(恒温16~24℃,湿度45%~55%,日照12h),自由觅食饮水7d。8d起干预,空白组:不予处置;基质组:空白基质贴外用;扶他林组:扶他林软膏250mg/kg外用;止痛巴布贴1、2、3、4组(延胡索、红花、桃仁、马钱子、青风藤等八味):止痛巴布贴1.52g/kg、4.55g/kg、13.65g/kg、27.30g/kg外用;4h/d。连续给药7d后(第14d)),醋酸扭体法复制人工腹膜炎疼痛模型,观测扭体反应。[结果]腹腔注射药物15min,各药物干预组小鼠扭体频率明显降低;基质组与空白组无显著差异(P>0.05);止痛巴布贴1、2、3、4组均低于空白组(P<0.05,P<0.01),止痛巴布贴1、2组高于扶他林组(P<0.01);止痛巴布贴3、4组与扶他林组无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]止痛巴布贴可降低小鼠腹膜炎疼痛模型扭体次数,影响随用药剂量增加递增(量效关系)。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Zhi Tong Babu Tie on writhing reaction in mice with peritonitis pain. [Methods] Totally 70 mice (7 ~ 30S) were randomly divided into 7 groups according to random number table method and 10 mice in each group. Clean animal room (constant temperature 16 ~ 24 ℃, humidity 45% ~ 55%, sunshine 12h), free access to drinking water 7d. 8d intervention, blank group: no treatment; matrix group: blank matrix pastel; fondaparin group: Fu Tenglin ointment 250mg / kg topical; analgesic Babu paste 1,2,3,4 group (corydalis, safflower, Money, azure vine eight flavor): analgesic patch posted 1.52g / kg, 4.55g / kg, 13.65g / kg, 27.30g / kg topical; 4h / d. After continuous administration for 7 days (14d)), artificial peritonitis pain model was replicated by writhing acetic acid method, writhing reaction was observed. [Results] The intraperitoneal injection of drugs 15min, each drug intervention group writhing frequency was significantly reduced; matrix group and the blank group was no significant difference (P> 0.05); analgesic Babu paste 1,2,3,4 group were lower than the blank (P <0.05, P <0.01). The analgesic Babu 1 and 2 groups were higher than that of fupaxalin group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The analgesic Babu Decoction can reduce the number of writhing in mice with peritonitis pain model, the effect increases with the dosage of the drug (dose-effect relationship).
