氨噻肟头孢菌素(cefatoxime,HR756)是目前临床上新近应用的第三代半合成头孢菌素类抗生素,它不但具有耐β-内酰胺酶的特点,而且抗菌作用强,对革蓝氏阴性杆菌特别有效。β-内酰胺类抗生素的含量测定,很多采用了碘量法。本晶的碘量法分析条件试验未见介绍,在国内又系新药,为制订产品的质量标准,提供含量测定条件依据,我们对本晶的有关碘量法分析条件进行了一些试验。结果表明,样品加IN氢氧化钠后的水解时间和水解温度、醋酸盐缓冲液和盐酸液加入后的放置时间以及碘液氧化时间对测定结
