血栓闭塞性脉管炎是慢性顽固性四肢血管病之一,具有疗程长、见效慢、病残率高之弊端。国外高位截肢率15～30％,国内自建国以来采取中西医结合治疗方法取得了较好的效果,高位截肢率仅为2.5～9.5％,为了进一步提高疗效,我们从中医辨证施治着手,经过多次临床总结,筛选出有效的方药,制成通塞脉片,治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎135例,疗效显著。为阐明其作用机制,进行了有关的实验研究。
