本文将我院近年来用中西医结合治疗住院的急性心肌梗塞50例疗效分析报道如下: 病例情况性别;男38例占76％;女12例占23％。年龄:43～78岁,平均55.94岁。职业:干部28例占56％,工人13例占26％,家务7例占14％,教师2例占4％。合并病:高血压10例占20％;高胆固醇血症10例占20％;高β胆固醇血症16例占32％;高β醇蛋白血症15例占30％;高甘油三酯血症34例占68％。心肌梗塞部位:前间壁14例占28％;前壁20例占40％;下壁6例占12％;高侧壁3例占6％,心内膜下2例占4％;下侧壁1例,下后壁2例,前壁及高侧壁1例,前间壁及下壁1例,即多壁梗塞5例占10％。

Myocardial infarction: 14 cases of anterior wall accounted for 28%; anterior wall of 20 cases accounted for 40%; 6 cases of inferior wall accounted for 12%; 3 cases of high wall 6%, 2 cases of subendocardial 4%; inferior wall 1 case, 2 cases of inferior posterior wall, 1 case of anterior wall and high side wall, 1 anterior wall and inferior wall, ie 5 cases of multiwall infarction accounted for 10%.
