1 病例报告 患者女,40岁,因转移性右下腹痛6h于1999年11月20日2Pm 以“阑尾炎”入院。先行保守治疗,遵医嘱给予5％葡萄糖.500ml加氨苄青霉素8g,经皮试阴性静脉点滴。病人无不良反应,但右下腹疼痛加重。保守治疗无效,于:10Pm在连续硬膜外麻醉下行阑尾切除术,11Pm术毕回病房。次日晨6Am,发现病人四肢下端皮肤潮红并有许多粟粒大小的红丘
A case report Female patient, 40 years old, due to metastatic right lower quadrant pain 6h on November 20, 1999 2Pm “appendicitis” admission. First conservative treatment, given doctor’s advice given 5% glucose .500ml plus ampicillin 8g, transdermal test negative intravenous drip. No adverse reactions in patients, but the right lower quadrant pain worsened.
