通过对１９９０年和１９９１年我国沿海地区遭受台风灾害的实地调查和，总结分析，提出我国城镇５类低造价房屋抗台风灾害措施和建议。同时，按（１９４９～１９９０年）４２年来登陆我国沿海地区的热带气旋资料作概率统计整理，并采用模糊聚类法，按不同的风速强度给出地理分区。
Through on-the-spot investigations and analysis of typhoon disasters in coastal areas of China in 1990 and 1991, the paper proposes measures and recommendations for the prevention of typhoons in five types of urban low-cost housing in China. At the same time, the data of tropical cyclones that landed in China’s coastal areas for the past 42 years (1949-1990) were compiled for probability statistics, and fuzzy clustering method was adopted to give geographical divisions according to different wind speed intensities.
