我们村从1994年到现在,一直很祥和稳定,干群之间没啥隔阂,还从没有因为什么事闹起来的呢。今年7月11日是郊区民主日,市委副书记强卫来我村调研,对我们的做法给予了充分的肯定。不少人问我,600多户的一个大村,是怎么领导的?其实我们就本着这么几条:只有让村民增收才能稳定。俗话说,穷争饿吵。穷,最后必然导致乱。所以,农村干部的首要职责,是让一村老百姓过上好日子。去年,我村人均纯收入达到了1.1万元,是京郊人均纯收入的两倍还多。群众的生活水平为什么这么高?我村集体有七个大企业,个个来钱。我们通过改造一块废弃地,建了一个农贸市场,除了养着全村60多名劳力外,每年刨出各项开支,纯收管理费就是200多万元。我们村有250亩地,近几年一直种蒜黄,是京郊有名的蒜黄专业村。集体帮助村民把这250亩
