目的评价参加全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行实验室的盐碘检测能力,了解各级实验室检测水平及各实验室间存在的差异。方法将质控样品发放至各省级实验室,再由省级实验室将质控样品发放到本省参加质控的地级和县级盐碘实验室;通过全国碘盐监测信息管理平台进行网络直上报本省或本地市所辖各实验室检测结果;用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价。结果参加考核的省级实验室全部合格;地市级实验室反馈率为99.7%,合格率产为99.4%;县级实验室反馈率为100%,合格率为98.3%。结论本次质控发现,全国只有0.6%的地市级实验室和1.7%的县级实验室不合格。通过几年全国实验室网络的运行和持续的技术培训,各级实验室的检测能力有了明显的提高。
Objective To evaluate the ability of salt iodine to participate in the laboratory of iodine deficiency disorders in laboratories outside the control network to understand the level of laboratory tests and the differences among laboratories. Methods The quality control samples were distributed to the provincial laboratories, and then the provincial laboratories will be quality control samples issued to the province to participate in quality control at the prefecture level and county salt iodine laboratory; through the national iodized salt monitoring information management network platform Straight to report to the province or local municipalities under the jurisdiction of the laboratory test results; with reference ± uncertainty method to evaluate the test results. Results All the provincial labs that passed the appraisal passed the test. The feedback rate of city-level labs was 99.7% with a passing rate of 99.4%. The feedback rate of county-level labs was 100% with a pass rate of 98.3%. Conclusion The quality control found that only 0.6% of prefecture-level laboratories and 1.7% of county-level laboratories in China were unqualified. After several years of operation of the national laboratory network and continuous technical training, the detection ability of laboratories at all levels has been significantly improved.
