一、对象和方法对象:将在新城眼科门诊行自内障囊外摘除术(ECCE)同时植入后房型人工晶体(PCL)的病人按时间分为三期,每期50例。其中1988年8月12日～9月16日期间接受手术,术后未使用消炎痛眼液者为1期;1988年9月26日～11月1日期间接受手术,术后点用消炎痛眼液为2期;1989年3月1日～4月4日期间接受手术,术后点用消炎痛眼液为3期。1、2、3期病人都是由同一术者连续做的。各期病人术前经内科检查诊断为糖尿病(1期6例;2期10例;3期7例,)及临界型糖尿病(1期8例;2期8例;3期5例)的患者,术前术后均由内科进行充分的全身治疗。
