著名作家、编辑家王火本名王洪溥,原籍江苏如东,1924年出生于上海。为了烧毁黑暗的旧世界,青年时期的他将“洪溥”这个多水的名字改成“火”——“王火”这个笔名,在四十年代初出茅庐,后以《赤胆忠心——红色游击队长节振国》、《血染春秋——节振国传奇》、《外国八路》等中、长篇小说在国内外引起极大反响。《战争和人》三部曲问世,王火更进一步声誉鹊起。接着《霹雳三年》等新著不断问世,600多万字的作品,多次荣膺全国最高级别的文学大奖。王火的生命和创造,确实像火焰放射出熠熠光芒。
