The State-owned Assets Administration Bureau and the State Economic System Reform Commission issued the Interim Measures for the Management of State-owned Shares of Joint Stock Co., Ltd. The management approach proposes that the principles for the management of state-owned shares of joint-stock companies should follow the principle of implementing public ownership as the main body, ensuring that state-owned stocks hold a controlling position in joint-stock companies according to the state’s industrial policy; maintaining the separation of government and enterprise responsibilities and safeguarding the rights and interests of state-owned assets.
