改革开放以来,我国经济和社会面貌发生了巨大的变化,综合经济实力和人民生活水平上了一个台阶。但在经济发展过程中,沿海地区的持续高速增长与中西部地区形成了明显的差距。与此同时,在沿海地区也出现了区域间经济发展不平衡的问题,而且差距有拉大的趋势。我们不仅应该重视加快中西部经济的发展,而且要把解决发达地区的欠发达问题,列入议事日程,抓紧抓好。几年来,我们从山东实际出发,采取综合措施,发挥整体优势,加快欠发达地区发展,收到了良好效果。
Since the reform and opening up, tremendous changes have taken place in China’s economy and society. The comprehensive economic strength and people’s living standards have reached a high level. However, in the process of economic development, the sustained rapid growth in the coastal areas formed a clear gap with the central and western regions. At the same time, there has also been an imbalance in the economic development among the regions in the coastal areas, and the gap has widened. We should attach importance not only to speeding up the economic development in the central and western regions, but also to address the issue of underdevelopment in the developed areas on the agenda and pay close attention to it. In the past few years, starting from the actual conditions in Shandong Province, we took comprehensive measures to give play to the overall advantages and speed up the development in the less-developed regions. We have achieved good results.
