锅炉联箱上焊有很多管头,在管接头的焊接端需加工出马鞍形坡口,过去都用手工气割,不能保证质量。为了提高生产效率,保证质量,我厂制成一台靠模气割机,见示意图。靠模气割机的工作原理为:由电动机通过齿轮变速机构带动工作台旋转,靠模固定在工作台上和工件固定在靠模上层,手工气割把夹持在支架上,支架通过小滚轮紧贴靠模。工作台转动时,由于靠模的作用使支架做上下运动,这样就在工件上割出马鞍形状的坡口,坡口的角度可调节气割把来控制。为满足气割的速度需要,工作台的转速是可以调节的。气割不同尺寸的工件时,支架可作上下左右调节。
