本文结合我在国道G104五河淮河特大桥及接线工程路面工程施工中的实践,总结了碎石化施工技术实践经验:对碎石化施工工艺和碎石化路面强度形成机理进行了总结分析,提出了旧水泥混凝土路面碎石化改造的关键技术及施工质量控制要点。分析了水泥混凝土路面改为沥青混凝土路面施工过程中,把原有路面进行碎石化处理的工艺,碎石化技术能有效减少或消除水泥路面改造中出现的反射裂缝问题,具有良好的技术经济效益。
Based on the practice of pavement construction in G104 Wuhe River Huaihe River Bridge and wiring project of National Road G104, this paper summarizes the practical experience of the construction technology of crushing stone: summarizes the formation mechanism of the crushing construction technology and the intensity of crushed pavement, The key technologies and construction quality control points of the old cement concrete pavement crushing and reforming are put forward. The process of crushing the original pavement during the process of changing the cement concrete pavement to the asphalt concrete pavement is analyzed. The crushing technology can effectively reduce or eliminate the reflective cracking problems appearing in the cement pavement reconstruction, and has good technical and economical performance benefit.
