目的 通过观察 T G F- β1 在腭裂形成及腭突正常发育中的表达改变, 探讨其在腭突不同生长时期的作用。方法 利用建立的腭裂模型, 用原位杂交技术检测 T G F- β1 在m R N A 转录水平的变化。结果 T G Fβ1在正常组 R N A 表达比相同腭突生长期的腭裂组明显增高( P < 0 .01) 。正常组小鼠腭突发育至接触融合期, T G F- β1 R N A 表达与垂直期、上抬期之间也均有显著差异( P< 0 .01) 。垂直期与上抬期之间无差异( P> 0 .05) 。结论 T G F- β1 是腭突间充质细胞增殖的正向调控分子。腭突发育后期, T G F- β1 对腭间充质细胞生长并趋于分化的调控作用明显增强。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of T G F-β1 in cleft palate formation and normal development of palatal palate, and to explore the role of T G F-β1 in palatal process at different growth stages. Methods The established cleft palate model was used to detect the transcription level of T G F-β1 at m R N A by in situ hybridization. Results The expression of T G Fβ1 in the normal group was significantly higher than that in the cleft palate group with the same palatal process (P <0.01). In the normal group, the palatal mucosa developed to the contact fusion stage. The expression of T G F -β1 R N A was also significantly different from that in the normal and the lifted stage (P <0.01). There was no difference between vertical and lifted (P> 0.05). Conclusion T G F-β1 is a positive regulator of the proliferation of mesenchymal stromal cells. Late stage of palatal protrusion, T G F-β1 on the growth of palatoparticular mesenchymal cells and tend to differentiate regulation was significantly enhanced.
