应用3%NaOH碱液作为试液鉴别革兰氏阴、阳性菌只需20sec时间,而且准确性很高。实验应用中证明该方法优于常规染色鉴别法。
The application of 3% NaOH lye as a test solution to identify Gram-negative, positive bacteria only 20sec time, and the accuracy is high. Experiments show that the method is superior to the conventional staining method.
