When a child is born, as long as his brain, speech organs and hearing organs are sound and perfect; he often interacts with adults and learns to speak without being consciously taught. However, it is also true that children’s lives differ in the level of cultural development at different times, regions, and families, kindergartens and languages which give different degrees of their language training. We have conducted a small-scale survey on the level of verbal development in urban and rural kindergartens. The material shows that young children in urban kindergartens are far richer and more vivid than young kindergartens in terms of vocabulary.
