1.前言模具制造中最后阶段的研磨,在很大程度上左右着模具质量,而这项工作大部分由人工来完成,这对推动模具制造的合理化形成了障碍。在这劳动密集型领域中,至今仍属于熟练者活动的场所。通常在模具制造成本中,人工费用占40%,而其中大部分都耗费在研磨加工中。为使标题中所写的挤压研磨工艺应用于模具加工,以推动自动化和省力化,故对该工艺的实用化现状及加工实例作一介绍。
1.
