我们于1973年9月至1976年9月共收治胆道感染(以下简称本病)230余例,采用中西医结合疗法,疗效较为满意。现将记录较完整的217例作一小结,并略加讨论。一、一般资料三年内收治本病校正诊断217例,占同期内科住院总人数7.5%。其中以中老年经产妇占绝大多数。本组病例中,急性胆囊炎99例(45.6%);急性胆管炎118例(54.4%)。其中疑似并存胆结石者154例(70.9%),合并化脓性胆管炎2例,胆囊积水2例,胆汁性肝硬变5
