我院近年来以口服柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)加中药“三黄”煎剂灌肠,治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎44例,收到较好疗效,报道如下: 一般资料:本组均按1978年全国消化会议制定的标准诊断。男39例,女5例,年龄19岁以下者3例,20～39岁36例,40岁以上5例。病程<1年者8例,1～4年28例,5～9年6例,>10年2例,最短4个月,最长14年,表现为腹泻44例,粘液血便40例,腹痛38例,里急后重35例,食欲减退18例,左下腹压痛24例,伴发热9例。粪镜检可见到红、白细胞或脓球。纤维结肠镜检查见结肠粘膜有不同程度的充血水肿、粗糙或呈细颗粒状,10例见到溃疡形成,24例有糜烂,粘稠分泌物附着,22
