利用10个亲本12个杂交组合的F_2代,分析了单株蛋白质产量的遗传表现。结果表明,大豆F_2代单株蛋白质产量呈正态分布,各组合单株蛋白质产量的遗传力为41.5~62.7%,5%选择强度下的绝对遗传进度为2.12~3.31克,F_2代群体变异系数为38.35~59.73%,并存在大量超亲个体。 亲本对F_2代的平均值具有重要影响,高亲值和两亲本平均值与F_2代蛋白质产量呈极显著正相关,籽粒产量和蛋白质产量存在极显著正相关,蛋白质产量和蛋白质含量的关系,因组合不同而有很大差异。
The F2 generation of 12 hybrid combinations of 10 parents was used to analyze the genetic performance of single plant protein yield. The results showed that the protein yield of F_2 generation was normal distribution, the heritability of each combination was 41.5% ~ 62.7%, the absolute genetic progress was 2.12 ~ 3.31% at 5% selection, and the coefficient of variation 38.35 ~ 59.73%, and a large number of super-pro-individuals. The parents had an important influence on the mean value of F_2 generations. The average values of high relatives and amphipathic parents were significantly and positively correlated with the F_2 generation of protein yield. There was a significant positive correlation between grain yield and protein yield, the relationship between protein yield and protein content. There are big differences between different combinations.
