随着社会经济的发展,对物流业人才需求的增加,各个中职学校纷纷开设物流专业,但很多学校培养出的学生的实践能力却不能满足企业的要求。首先,文章以福建经贸学校物流专业为例,探讨了中职在学生实践能力培养过程中存在问题。其次,文章对学校学生实践能力培养过程中存在问题提出了解决的方法和建议。最后,文章介绍了该校培养中职生实践能力的方法之一,成立福建经贸学校快递服务中心。在实证方面,文章以快递服务中心为例,分析了该中心的运营设备、流程和模式。
With the development of society and economy, the demand for logistics talents increases. All secondary vocational schools have set up logistics major. However, the practical ability of students trained in many schools can not meet the requirements of enterprises. First of all, the article takes the logistics major of Fujian Economic and Trade School as an example to discuss the existing problems in secondary vocational training in practical ability of students. Secondly, the article puts forward the solutions and suggestions to the existing problems in the practical ability training of school students. Finally, the paper introduces one of the ways to cultivate the practicing ability of vocational school in this school, and set up the express service center of Fujian Economic and Trade School. Empirically, the article takes the courier service center as an example to analyze the operation equipment, process and mode of the center.
