中国的社会主义现代化建设需要各种各样的人才,如技术型、劳力型、管理型等。伴随着教育改革,我们的传统教育就首当其冲。笔者已从事数学教学工作六年,在教学过程中有着一些“受”与“授”的体会。在此,浅谈一下数学教学中的“受”与“授”。首先说“受”。从学生时代走过来的我,深感学习中的困难和喜悦。虽然在同一个班级中,有同样的教师、同样的环境,个人成绩却良莠不齐。虽然与个人先天的智商有着或多或少的关系,但是后天的努力还是起着决定性的作用。当初笔者自己的学习方式基本分以下四步:
