安徽省农委日前印发秸秆利用6大路线图,包括秸秆发电、秸秆还田、食用菌栽培、秸秆制气等综合利用途径。其中,未来合肥将重点推广秸秆还田,让秸秆从哪来到哪去。合肥市5000万的秸秆专项资金,一部分用于秸秆禁烧工作经费,大部分则是对秸秆利用的综合奖补,开展秸秆压块、秸秆气化等能源化利用,补贴对象不仅仅是农户、秸秆收购,还涉及到秸秆利用企业。
