我县于1974年与1975年冬季发生白喉暴发流行。本文收集二年来在疫区治疗病历记录较完整的632例白喉病人(1974年冬355例,1975年冬277例)作一临床分析。
Diphtheria outbreaks occurred in our county in the winter of 1974 and 1975. This paper collects 632 cases of diphtheria patients (355 in the winter of 1974 and 277 in the winter of 1975) who have a complete record of the medical records in the epidemic area during the past two years for a clinical analysis.
