中国公路学会理事长潘琪同志,最近赴美、英、日等国进行有关高速公路的考察。为此,公路学会于1983年8月10日在交通部会议室举行高速公路学术报告会。报告会由刘以成同志主持,潘琪同志与梁宪同志分别讲了话并作了考察报告。公路学会在京理事与在京的公路部门各单位的代表参加了报告会,听取了有关英、美、日等国家的当前高速公路的概况。
Comrade Pan Qi, chairman of China Highway Society, recently went to the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries to conduct investigations on expressways. To this end, Highway Society on August 10, 1983 in the conference room of the Ministry of Communications highway academic seminar. The report was presided over by Comrade Liu Yicheng, Comrade Pan Qi and Comrade Liang Xian respectively spoke and made an inspection report.
