目的总结集中医学观察点工作开展情况,探索更有效的管理方法和措施。方法通过对集中医学观察点管理工作的回顾总结和问题思考。结果部门联动、分层管理、更新流程、利用网络和加强培训是集中医学观察点取得成功的关键,但在卫生应急研究、观察点工作规范和操作手册、人才培养和锻炼、志愿者队伍组建和专家指导与工作评估等五方面还要加强和改进。结论集中医学观察点在取得成功的基础上,还有需要完善的地方。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the work carried out on the focus of medical observation and to explore more effective management methods and measures. Methods Through reviewing and thinking on the management of centralized medical observation points. Results The linkage between departments, management at different levels, process of updating, network utilization and training are the keys to the success of centralized medical observation. However, in the field of health emergency research, working procedures and manuals of observation points, personnel training and training, establishment of volunteer teams and Expert guidance and job evaluation and other aspects should be strengthened and improved. Conclusions On the basis of the success of centralized medicine observation points, there is still room for improvement.
