《国务院批转财政部等部门关于清理检查预算外资金意见的通知》(国务院国发[1996]12号)已印发各地,现结合我省具体情况,作如下补充通知,请一并认真贯彻执行。一、根据中纪委六次全会;国务院第四次反腐败工作会议和国务院有关文件精神,今年将在全国范围内对预算外资金进行一次集中清理检查。这次清理检查,是整顿财政秩序,深入开展反腐败斗争,加强和改善国家宏观调控的一项重要措施。我省《预算外资金管理条例》颁布
“Notice of the State Council Approving the Opinions of the Ministry of Finance and Other Departments on Clearing and Examining Extrabudgetary Funds” (State Council, Guo Fa [1996] No.12) Has Been Issued Around the Country, Now Follows the Specific Conditions of Our Province for Supplementary Notification as Followed .
