目的对舒适护理在外科手术室护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2015年12月-2016年12月本院收治的行外科手术的患者80例作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组患者的术后焦虑情况、护理总满意度。结果经过护理干预后,观察组患者的护理总满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学差异;观察组患者的术后焦虑情况要优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。结论舒适护理在外科手术室护理中的应用效果显著,能够有效减轻患者的焦虑情绪,提升护理满意度,可在临床上广泛使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in surgical operating room. Methods Eighty patients undergoing surgical operation from December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care. Patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing care based on the control group. The postoperative anxiety and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P <0.05, with statistical difference; the postoperative anxiety of the observation group was better than that of the control group, P <0.05, with statistical difference. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in the surgical operating room nursing effect is significant, can effectively reduce the patient’s anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction, can be widely used in clinical practice.
